"Hello, No, we are not satisfied and very disappointed after spending a lot of money for a supposedly high-quality product. Unfortunately, one of the mills, the salt mill, is not working properly straight out of the box. We used it for the first time with some guests, and they were unable to use the salt mill. Very disappointing. The issue is with the salt mill. I've filled it up with salt. However, when turning the top of the mill, it will not activate the shaft, and the grinder does not work. The top part of the mill just spins, and no salt will come out. What is the warranty on this product, and are you able to replace this as we have a faulty salt mill? "I have had a Peugeot pepper mill for 39 years. The same one, has never missed a beat. it’s bruised and battered, but always works. Buy once, pay the price. That’s the only problem, you will only buy one. Unless the divorce argues over the pepper mill. Lol."

"Nice mills, but for the price I'd expect the burrs to be concentric. The grind size can be adjusted but it isn't consistent, so it kind of ruins the point."
