This manual mill is equipped with a steel salt mechanism, which comes with a lifetime warranty. It has been designed for grinding dry salt (rock salt). As an added bonus, the shiny metal button adjusts the grind setting. The more the button is screwed, the finer the grind, while loosening the screw produces a coarser grind.
