The mechanism inside Peugeot Pepper Mills is designed specifically for black, white or green peppercorns up to 6mm in size. Each Peugeot Pepper Mill is backed by a lifetime mechanism warranty. 

For u'Select Pepper Mills, the grind is adjusted by selecting one of the 6 pre-defined grinding settings. For most Pepper Mills with the classic grinding mechanism, the grind is adjusted by tightening or loosening the button knob on the top.
